Papertrail is a hosted log management service from SolarWinds, with a web log viewer, saved searches and search alerts.

Original introduction

Papertrail is SolarWinds' hosted log service. OpenObserve and Grafana Loki are open source alternatives you can host yourself. SigNoz is open core, MIT outside its ee/ and cmd/enterprise/ folders, and Graylog is source-available under the SSPL.
