Status pages

These status page tools can all be self-hosted. Uptime Kuma (MIT) and Gatus (Apache-2.0) are open source. OneUptime is open core, Apache-2.0 outside its ee/ folder. Cachet is source-available, and its latest release, v2.4.1, came out on 8 Nov 2023.
